The Scale Readiness Assessment is a free diagnostic tool. It scores the answers you provide across five business foundations — Accounting, Systems, People, Marketing and Sales — and returns an indicative Scale Readiness Score with recommendations.

Your results reflect the answers you give. They are only as accurate as the information you enter.

The assessment, your results and any related material are provided for general information and to support commercial decision-making. They do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, tax or investment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional.

No outcome or result is guaranteed. Decisions you take in response to your results remain your responsibility.

The Scale Readiness Ladder framework, the assessment, the scoring model and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Paul Wakefield. You may use your own results for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell or republish the framework or the assessment without written permission.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the assessment for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

We aim to keep the website and assessment available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website, the assessment or your results. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
