Most business advice focuses on growth: more leads, more sales, more people. Very little of it asks whether the business underneath can carry the weight of that growth.
The Scale Readiness Ladder was created to answer a simpler question. Before you grow faster, is the infrastructure strong enough? Accounting, Systems, People, Marketing and Sales — in that order, because each one carries the one above it.
