Who we are

What we collect
When you complete the assessment we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, business name, employee range and annual revenue range.
We also record your assessment answers, the scores calculated from them, and the campaign parameters (UTM values) present in the link you arrived through.
Your answers and progress are stored in your browser's local storage so that you can leave and return without losing your place. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
How we use it
To calculate and deliver your Scale Readiness results.
To email you a copy of your results and, where relevant, the recommended next step for your business.
Where you have given marketing consent, to send you further insight on building a business that can scale. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To understand, in aggregate, how the assessment is used so it can be improved.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the assessment, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the assessment.
Who we share it with
Your details are sent to our customer relationship and email platform (GoHighLevel) so that your results can be delivered and any follow-up can be managed. We use analytics providers to measure aggregate usage.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your assessment submission and contact details for as long as they remain relevant to our relationship with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to object to direct marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@scalereadinessladder.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use local storage to save your assessment progress, and analytics cookies to measure how the assessment is used. You can block or delete these through your browser.
